How to Order your Crystal awards, trophies & promotional gifts

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and customer service.

We like to make the order process as easy as  possible, just tell us your crystal requirements and we’ll do the rest.

ORDER STEP #1 – Quote

Please provide the details below and we’ll send you a quote with a selection of different crystal shape ideas.

For your quote, please tell us:

  • the quantity of pieces
  • a rough budget or shape / size of crystal
  • an idea of the 3D design – so we know the complexity of artwork to be created
  • any personalisation requirements e.g. winner names, categories etc. or colour print required
  • your delivery date

NO minimum order quantity, bulk volumes easily catered for.
We have the production capability to meet even the tightest deadlines.  Urgent orders can also be accommodated.

ORDER STEP #2 – Artwork & Design

Once you’ve decided on your choice, and are happy with our quote, our creative design team will get to work and create some 3D visuals for you to look at.

We create a 3D visual of the crystal piece with your bespoke design inside so you can view this from a number of different angles. For larger orders we can also provide a pre-production crystal piece for final approval.

 ORDER STEP #3 – Technology & Manufacturing

Using the latest laser technology and 3D software, we create each intricately detailed 3D design. Every 3D crystal is created using the power of a laser beam to form a series of microdots within the crystal. By controlling the movement of the beam and the microdot density, we can produce an intriguing and finely detailed design – the best you will find.

We have the production capacity to deal with individual pieces; as well as large volume runs – using our 24 hour automated production facility.

ORDER STEP #4 – Delivery

We can deliver your crystal pieces across the UK, Europe and worldwide.

Artwork Requirements

Text & logo

In order to create your visual, please supply any wording in the body of an email or as a word document. For Logo file formats: vector EPS or AI format.

Fonts

We have thousands of fonts available to us but if you require a specific corporate font please supply this to us. All fonts should be converted to outlines.

Winner Names

These can be supplied in an email or a word or excel document. For large quantities of winner names an excel spreadsheet file would be our preference.

Creating 3D CAD Models

Our in-house artwork team create your design in 3D and the more information you can supply to them the better, and the more accurate the model will be. We can work from a combination of photos, drawings or even use the product itself – if there are any information gaps we can generally obtain what we need from the internet. If you are supplying a 3D CAD model to us we can accept most formats including : OBJ, DXF, IGES, STL, 3DS.

Supplying Artwork

If you would like to supply your own artwork or layout to us, please provide this as a vectored Illustrator file with a PDF for reference. Please also ensure that all fonts are converted to outlines and allow at least 3mm clearance from the edge of the crystal piece. If you need any help with a template please let us know.

FAQs

What is the minimum order quantity for crystal pieces?
There is no minimum order quantity and we are happy to supply whatever you need from a one off crystal piece to ten thousand pieces.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times.

Our lead time on average is 3-5 working days from approval of artwork to dispatch of your order.

Standard Delivery: We use a courier service who delivers on the next working day

Express Delivery: We also offer an express service should you need your order sooner, at additional cost.

N.B. Design time will be subject to sight of design and complexity.

The final delivery time of your order depends upon other factors such as the quantity of crystal pieces ordered, the complexity of the 3D model you require, any optional extras you would like such as wooden bases, colour print or branded gift boxes or sleeves.

If you have an event date, please always let us know so we can plan the production of your order accordingly.

Can I have any image or design engraved in 3D?
That’s right we can create pretty much anything in amazing 3D detail, excluding people. From an animal, building, vehicle; to an eye ball or engine – the possibilities are endless and limited only by your imagination!
What if I won’t know the winner names until a few days before my event?
That’s no problem at all – we know this is always a challenge for event organisers. In these instances we produce your awards and simply add in the winner names at the last minute.

If this happens, our same day delivery service for the UK can come in very handy.

I don’t have my artwork / logo in the correct format?
Our studio can work with most file formats to produce usable artwork for your awards and gifts. We have regularly been supplied with a piece of headed paper so we can always find a way to make it work!
Will I be see a visual or proof to approve?
We will never engrave anything without your approval. Our design studio will create a 3D visual of your crystal piece from an number of different angles for you to check. For larger orders we will produce a pre-production sample for final approval.
